DELIVERY POLICY
Depending on how you place your order with us we deliver our products through our courier partners including UberEats, Deliveroo and using our own delivery teams.
If your order does not arrive please contact us at our email info@larosgs.co.uk. We will raise an investigation with our couriers and arrange a refund or replacement for you as quickly as we can.
Please note – although we always aim to deliver within one hour, during busy periods it may take longer for you to receive your meal.
- SOMETHING MISSING IN THE DELIVERY:
If you believe that something is missing from your order, please contact us at our email info@larosgs.co.uk as soon as you can. We will raise an investigation with our couriers and arrange a refund or replacement for you as quickly as we can.
ORDER CANCEL:
Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for a number of reasons:
Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.
Failed security checks: Orders may also be cancelled if payment security checks are failed; there are multiple reasons this can occur.
Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order. Please note that cancellations can only be accepted prior to your meals being prepared. If you need to change or cancel an order it’s essential that you contact us immediately in order to avoid being charged in line with your original order value.
